Temple Christmas Celebration
Next Sunday, December 17th the temple will celebrate the holiday season with our annual Christmas Party. The festivities begin at noon in the chapel with caroling and an interactive Nativity Play which will be presented by the Sunday school children, staff, and temple members.
Master greatly admired St Francis, who in the 13th century started the tradition of enacting the birth of the Christ child. The Sunday school children have been learning about the spiritual meaning of Christmas and would like to share this experience with you.
Afterward the celebration continues in the East Chapel with refreshments and spiritual fellowship. Volunteers are needed to help in the kitchen, please see Thomas Peeks in the back of the chapel after service. Fliers are on the free literature table and at berkeleytemple.org.
Christmas Cards and Gifts
We have Christmas cards for Brother Chidananda and our Ministers. You may add your greetings to the cards in the back of the chapel.
We would also like to show our appreciation to our President, Brother Chidananda, and our Ministers for their generous service.
A Gift Donation box is on the table adjacent Christmas cards for those who wish to contribute.
