The New East Bay Temple Fundraising Campaign

God's Boatman_colorAs more seekers are finding their way to the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda through SRF centers and temples, Berkeley Temple is currently in need of keeping pace with the influx of new members.  Needing to leave our former Richmond Temple property of nearly 40 years in 2012, and now after three years in a temporary location, the time has come to find a new permanent spiritual ‘hive’ for the Greater Bay Area.

To accomplish this goal the New East Bay Temple Fundraising Campaign has been established.

In his letter, Brother Jayananda, our senior minister, gives an overview of the fundraising campaign.  To read his letter, please click/tap here .
